It’s worth saying.
I’ve been a bit of a douche to them the last few weeks; firstly by sort-of being unfairly rude about them publicly when they had some down time (twice) and this week when I did nasty things to my subscriptions….
I guess I was probably not really a douche; as a paying customer I hope they don’t mind me grouching mildly.
But it’s worth adding they rock too 
I’d hate people to think I was a begrudging customer and not give them a try. They sorted my payment issues out quickly and politely. Give em a shot.
