Im pretty pissed off 
I just spent hours trying to work out why a MYSQL database insert in PHP was inserting the same entry twice each time I refreshed a page. I took the code apart and checked it ALL – nothing. Turns out it was a line of HTML in a template page i was using. I still have no idea why it was doing it
Waste of a good few hours….
